Ok, tell me about beauty

Beauty IS in the eye of the beholder. I think virtually anyone can look beautiful if they avoid frumpy, do their hair, wear a little makeup (I would NEVER say a woman SHOULD wear makeup, don’t flame me). Taking care of yourself can be about presenting oneself at one’s best, etc.
