Old bathtub needs sparkles, please

Oh Yeah! Everybody got into the game… especially my wife! (muttering under her breath “and this… WHACK… is for being a pain to clean”… etc.

The blanket is no joke! The porcelain will shatter off into little flying razor blades. The tub came out in about 5 large pieces, and 3 or 4 dustpan full scoops of rubble.

One thing that helped me was to go to Kohler’s website (the mfg. of the tub & toilet we chose) and download the installation manual for the tub. Even if you don’t know the particular model you’re going to do, the install is very similar.
 
**I discovered Lemi-shine a few weeks ago and love it on my tub/shower. It truly gets the grime off. It is actually sold at wal-mart next to the dishwasher detergent. That is the main use for it. However after reading the back of the bottle (it says to mix it in a spray bottle w/ water and use on tubs/showers) I have been using it for the bathroom jobs. You may want to try it just til you get to get your new tub.🤷 **
