Old Catholic Hymn to the tune of Land of my Fathers

I can remember a stirring hymn we used to sing in the 40s and 50s. I have just discovered it was sung to music of the Welsh song "Land of my Fathers’. Can anyone remember what it was called and perhaps the words to it.
 
Thanks, but that is the original if you like song Land of our Fathers. It is not the hymn we used to sing though. I just can’t remember what it was called and what the words were. It is driving me potty.
