I hope this is the correct section.
I understand that Catholics can choose to venerate Saints and this includes intercessory prayer. Do Catholics ever venerate Old Testament (in the Christian scriptures) figures like Moses, King David , etc? And if so are they called “St. David”, etc?Are these figures “saints” the same way post-Christ figures are like St. Francis of Assisi, etc?
