Older form of the Divine Mercy chaplet

I recently borrowed a book from 1957 about Divine Mercy. In it, it had the older form of the chaplet, novena and litany of Divine Mercy. (For example, “Through the sorrowful passion of Jesus…”)

I am just curious, does anyone here pray the chaplet in this manner? Do you do it out of attachment to tradition?
