What is the concept of the Social Reign of Christ the King?

I tend to hear a lot of talk about this especially in SSPX circles. What does it mean
 
It means that a society’s laws, structure, and customs are in harmony with the Gospel. It is what we all should strive for while on earth. For more information, read Pius XI’s Quas Primas. God bless you.
