Love4all, I don’t think its always demons. I really don’t. I totally agree with your explanation of the hate they have for us, just having an insatiable drive to harm with no reason going into it…blind rage at us.

But God allows possessions. Demons can’t just jump aboard and kill us suddenly… we have to invite the demon, right? Well, ok not always. I guess they killed emily rose.

Sorry…guess im too sleepy to think clearly. I think I am almost over the fence with you, but I wouldn’t say its either a demon or hatred for God. What about those poor teens who get bullied then commit suicide? I can’t think God doesn’t save them at the last moment. I just want to cry thinking of those poor people!

I feel the same way. Pray for them! I may have overstepped in asserting that it is always hatred if a person decides to kill themselves. Some may actually do it for noble reasons, without malice. It is possible. But it is also simply not the case that a person attacked by demons necessarily invites it. Saint John Vianney, for example, is known to have been attacked.

The main thing is to realize that God is in charge of everything, and nothing can escape His Providence.

Let me get this right. There are ways that suicides happen and you have brought up a few. Let’s examine your thoughts on this some more. Are there other reasons for suicide other than demons or other explainations you have offered?
And why not examine how the Catholic Church treated suicides in the past and how she treats them now and why.

Then, tell me what a comfort it is for the family to know about their spiritual state depending on what time in history we are talking about.
