On Talking to Eastern Orthodox Christians about Catholicism

What is the best way to speak to an Eastern Orthodox Christian about Catholicism (for purposes of persuading them to the Catholic faith)? Does anyone have experience doing this?
 
I would start with the question of authority, and ask them what “first among equals” means in terms of bishops
 
In my experience, they are very patronizing. Unless you are very sure and knowledgeable about your Catholic faith, I would not attempt this. A cradle Orthodox would be kinder to you, but a protestant (or Catholic) convert will destroy you.
