One Church guided by Christ or many churches guided by Christ?

I count two ‘self governing non-catholic churches’, but not ‘alongside the one catholic church’, rather at first before, and then within.

Names of the two self governing non-catholic churches established by Christ that existed before the CC existed?🙂
