Should thoughtful Christians use the term, “Good luck!” in their daily encouragement of others?

“Good luck” is the English transliteration and change of “Goettesglueke,” which basically means, “May God prosper you.”

I know when I say it, that’s what I mean.

Exactly - it’s just a phrase, I don’t think any Christian saying it LITERALLY believes in ‘fate’ or ‘luck’ or what have you. It’s just a way of saying ‘all the best’.

I tend to use it when I know it is an “angels fear to tred issue.”
