One holy, catholic, apostolic church

The Catholic Church claims that it is the one true church because it is the one, holy, catholic, apostolic church. Is there a passage in the Bible that says that those are the marks of the true church? If not, from whence did the idea that those are the marks of the true church come?
 
The Bible does indeed speak of the Church as one, holy, universal (catholic) and apostolic, but not in one verse or book. The phrase was derived from Sacred Tradition of which the Bible is a huge part.
