Please pray for my nephew who is now undergoing drug rehabilitation. He is quite lonely and feeling depressed. Pray that he may not lose hope and that he will have the strength to really change his ways.

Since this is a new thread, I will post my ongoing intentions: For the spiritual and emotional healing of my mother; for the safety of Father Ned who is leaving for Iraq; for the success of my husband’s business so I can stay home with the children; for God to bless us with more children. For repose of soul of Norma Davis who died last Sunday. Funeral is Monday. She was baptist but did not practice her religion. Lord have Mercy on your child Norma.
 
This may be the wrong place for this, if so, please forgive me.

I need your prayers. I would like to grow spiritually. I want to devote more time to study. I would like good health for my family and me. I ask only for those things I need. May the things I need and the things I want become the same things. Help me to understand that different is not always bad, but just different.

Dear prayer warriors,
Two requests for you:

please pray for Alison. She was diagnosed last summer with ovarian cancer and given 3 years to live. However latest news is that her condition has deteriorated fast, due to a bowel obstruction, and if it doesn’t clear itself she can expect to live no more than a couple of weeks. She is 33 and her sister is due to have a baby any day now (brother-in-law passed on the prayer request). Please pray for healing if it is God’s Will, and for sustenance and consolation for herself and her family.

Also - please pray for Maria victim of circumstances - a difficult marriage, very difficult in-laws - living far from parents, awaiting a court case end of January 08, in a corrupt court in Eastern Europe over the custody of her children.

Thank you for your prayers. I will add the intentions of those on this forum to ours also.

Been absent for a while but have been keeping in daily prayer all CAF staff and members, and all Prayer Requests as well as those in this thread…Barb

If you don’t mind, and only if you don’t have more important intentions, I’ll be discussing the job tomorrow and the prospects don’t look very good when it comes to pay. In private life, I’ve had a lot of headaches too. They may sound trivial, especially to someone long-married, so I won’t go in details. 🙂

Please pray for two children who were killed in a house fire this weekend in Iowa. The police are calling it “suspicious.”
