Online Adoration?

I feel conflicted about it sometimes-like it’s not real, or cheating or something. What are all your thoughts about Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament online?:confused:
 
Where does one adore the Blessed Sacrament online? I’ve never heard of it before 😛
 
I’ll meditate on this and get back to you.

My first instinct would be that it’s a wonderful thing for certain uses, but no substitute for actual, live adoration. We go to adoration not simply to look at Christ, but to be in His presence and listen to Him speak to us, and to give our time to seek Him out and spend time giving ourselves totally to Him.

However, for things like as it says, the homebound, the workplace, or if you want to spend some time doing it when you aren’t really able to get to a church somewhere, I actually think it could be a wonderful thing!
 
Never heard of this. When we visit the Most Blessed Sacrament we worship it for it is Jesus, God. Instinct says that to worship an image on your computer screen may be wrong. But I do not know. Try asking this question in the Ask An Apologist forum.

I would put it in the same class as a “Spiritual Communion”. If circumstances are such that this is the best you can do, at this point in time…well, I think Jesus would understand, and approve. (opinion)
