You could try this - plug chants into MP3 player and open Bible! It was a lot of help for me!

P.S. You could also try this before reading - a prayer - Come Holy Spirit and fill the hearts of your faithful. Enkindle in us the fire of Your love. Send forth Your Spirit O Lord, and we shall be created and You shall renew the face of the earth. (But I’m not sure if that is the correct translation of the prayer.)
