Mass is something you have to see and hear - so there are plenty of televised Masses.
Some tv stations, like EWTN (www.ewtn.com) have what they call ‘live streaming’ of their TV programming on the internet - basically you end up just watching the same thing the folks at home see on their tv screens at the same time they do. And they have televised Mass four times a day.
You need really fast broadband to watch it properly, though.
Mass is an active, participatory event, it is impossible to equate watching a Mass on a television or a computer with attendance. That being said, I do completely understand the desire of a person who is unable to attend to want to go to Mass; your local priest would be a better person to offer direction with regard to that.
When my wife was hospitalized before the birth of our twins, she was (obviously) unable to attend Mass, but she was able to receive Communion daily from the local parish priest and one Sunday during her stay, a friend (who is a priest) celebrated Sunday Mass in her hospital room for us.
