Please pray for a friend that will be undergoing open heart surgery in a couple of days(Wednesday). Please pray for his family and friends and the medical staff that will be helping him that day and during his recovery/rehab. Peace-be well-Thank you.

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal puzzledtoo’s friend. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into puzzledtoo’s friend’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Most holy apostle St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the name of the traitor who delivered your beloved Master into the hands of His enemies has caused you to be forgotten by many. But the Church honors and invokes you universally as the patron of hopeless cases–of things despaired of. Pray for me who feels so hopeless. Make use, I implore you, of that particular privilege accorded to you of bringing visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolations and succor of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and sufferings, in particular puzzledtoo’s friend, and that I may bless God with you and all the elect throughout eternity. I promise you, O Blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, and I will never cease to honor you as my special and powerful patron, and to do all in my power to encourage devotion to you. Dear Saint John of God, after a sinful life, through the power of God’s Word you learned to love your fellow human beings.

We ask you to please intercede for all that suffer weakness and diseases of the heart, as well as any other illness.

My friend’s surgery for today was postponed due to his white blood cells. Probably being elevated meaning an infection. Not sure-getting this info second hand. The surgery will probably happen in a couple of days. Thank you all for your spiritual support in the form of prayers and healing energy. Blessings to all. Be well.

Prayer for Healing Heart Disease

Loving Father, You bring healing to the sick and
make them well again. Trusting in your great love
and mercy, and believing that whatever I ask from
You in the name of your Son, Jesus, You will grant me
if it is what is best and in accordance with your Divine Will,

I lift up to You puzzledtoo’s friend, who is in need
of healing of heart disease. Hear my prayers
and bring him into your loving presence.

Let the grace of your divine love flow to the
different parts of his body, reaching the inner
recesses of his being. Touch his heart
and all the areas afflicted with sickness and
let his organs function normally. Touch his
blood vessels and arteries and let his blood flow properly.

Bring healing to all his nerves, muscles, and tissues,
especially those surrounding his heart. Console him,
ease his pain and suffering, and restore him to full
health in body, mind, and spirit.

May he find hope in suffering and offer it as a share
in Your Son’s own Passion. Create a new heart
in him and renew his life, loving Father. And after he
has been healed, may he be a witness of your
healing power and love and bring glory,
honor, and praise to you.

All this we pray in Jesus’ name through Mary
with all the angels and saints.
