Thank you for all of your responses, it really does help to know what types of people are out there and I am mostly encouraged.
One poster mentioned to pray for a wife and that is something I’ve realised i’ve never actually done. I’ve prayed and fasted and pleaded with God to take the SSA away from me but I have never just prayed to meet someone that I can fall in love with and perhaps make me forget about SSA and concentrate on building a happy and holy future.
It can be a pretty desperate, futile and despairing situation to be in, being Catholic and having SSA, so it’s good to at least have something to focus your prayers on.
