Oh, boy. If this is where the Church is heading, let me out!
Now we’re supposed to have public group therapy for gay priests?
Somehow it’s bad for them to shut the hell up about their cravings for perversion?
Maybe we should also encourage heterosexual priests to talk from the pulpit about their struggles with sexual lusting after the women parishioners. Yeah, wouldn’t that be just as healthy for the Church – just think of all we could learn from them.
If priests need to discuss their problems with sexual sins they should do so with their spiritual directors, not hold press releases.
