I said to think mass was wonderful, you can think mass was something less than that.
Anytime I am in mass and closer to God its a great day. I believe in forgiveness, take aways from the Gospel, listening to the homily, celebrating mass .
You carry on as you think most productive.

Were you at the same Mass as the OP? How do you know it was a “wonderful” celebration and not a liturgical mess?
Now, while I firmly believe words matter - all of them, I would not get bent out of shape pabout a one-word change in a non-essential part of the Mass. However, no one here has been “ridiculing” or “accusing” – at least not until this last post which seemed to be *accusing *some posters of being like the Pharisees. This is a place to ask legitimate questions. Many of these questions can be answered with Church documents.
No, changing words is not allowed. Sometimes this is a really big deal - like when the change is to the words of the consecration or to the Agnus Dei (as the Vatican recently affirmed). Sometimes, it’s a smaller change and that’s unfortunate but not tragic.
No, using a glass paten is not allowed. Ever. Glass is expressly forbidden for sacred vessels.
OP, Redemptionis Sacramentum is a good resource. Not only does it clearly spell out what is licit and illicit, it is very clear that some abuses are much more serious and deserve immediate action while others are not as critical.
