Have anyone here read this book, Healing: Psychological Healing in the Catholic Mystic Tradition by Raymond Lloyd Richmond, Ph.D or read information on his website?

I’m dealing with emotional pain.

Is it helpful or harmful for me to read and will reading this put my faith in danger? Is this information aligns with the teachings of the Church?
