Found this web-site this morning when researching the whole Islamic-violence issue. It appears to be a rather Scholarly site though not entirely “faith neutral”. (I wonder if there is such a thing)
I would appreciate the (name removed by moderator)ut of others who are more knowledgable than I on their opinion of this site.

It is a good site. It is is from the Christian perspective and is a Christian evangelization site, which is fine by me. You should also check out jihadwatch.org and dhimmiwatch.org. These sites are run by Robert Spencer. They post news stories from the standard wires and provide a little commentary on them. Most if not all of this commentary cites authoritive islamic sources such as the koran, hadith, sharia law and islamic scholars. Also check out Spencer’s Blogging the Quran. He is going through the quran sura by sura and explaining the muslim interpretation using muslim sources. It is a good exposition to the violence in Islam.
