Opus Dei ( hope its spelt right ) question

Hi there,

I don’t know where this post belongs, so forgive me if it is in
the wrong forum.

My question has likely been answered before. But, I will post it.
Is there an Opus Dei in Canada? Specifically, Alberta? What does
one have to do in order to join the Opus Dei? Do you have to give alot of time to it? Also, if one suffers ill health, are you able to be part of the Opus Dei? Is it reccomened for one to join? Thank you all so
much for your help, and answers.
