Order of the Sacraments

I am completing my RCIA program during the Easter Vigil however would like to send out an announcement to family and friends but don’t completely know the order the sacraments should be listed. I believe it is baptism, confirmation and communion (Eucharist). Is this correct? Also do you receive the Sacrament of the Eucharist (is receive the correct word)? Here is the wording I would like to use can someone let me know if the wording below is correct. Thank you

Please share with me this blessed day for
my union with Christ in Holy Baptism,
as I am sealed with the gift
of the Holy Spirit during the Sacrament of Confirmation
and receive the Sacrament of the Eucharist
during the Easter Vigil Liturgy

my union with the Mystical Body of Christ in Holy Baptism,
as I am sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit in the Sacrament of Confirmation and receive Christ the Sacrament of Holy Communion during the Easter Vigil Liturgy.
