I have had this idea to write a conversion story based off a saint. All the saints I read about are either extremely holy (St. Rose of Lima) or extremely sinful like St. Mary of Egypt. I would like to read saint story who was not necessarily the most sinful woman, nor the most holy, but slowly became holy.
Do you know any saints who are not martyrs, extreme penitents, mystical? Just plain people.
