I predict that this WILL be overturned on appeal. Judge Orrick was a Planned Parenthood puppet from the beginning!

He made the case about trespass, and so it seems that by merely trespassing, the group caused over $800k in damages?

That doesn’t make sense.

If the case was supposed to be: did the group’s videos damage PP, then surely the videos should have been shown?

Can anyone damage something which is already so broken?

I’m surprised no one has brought up the fact that PP charges poor women for abortions which they then profit on again when they sell the “products.”
