How do Oriental Orthodox, Eastern Orthodox and the Assyrian Church view Contraceptive methods and devices that do not kill an unborn child and IVF procedures?

Thanks!

An Orthodox spiritual father may allow non-abortive contraception for the same reasons a Catholic may use NFP. IVF wouldn’t be allowed because it creates multiple embryos with intent of some of them not surviving. That is no different than abortion. I can’t speak for the Orientals or the Assyrians.

I read where the contraception leniency is something peculiar to Western Orthodox jurisdictions and has been contentious amongst various bodies.

And with the Orientals, I’ve only ever seen coptic jurisdictions in the US give blessings to non-abortive contraception like the EOs.

Has anyone else found other stuff? I don’t know what the Assyrians think…
