Hi there everybody,
I have a question regarding Origen and his view of Christ. I will list them below.
I have a question regarding Origen and his view of Christ. I will list them below.
- Did Origen change his views on the Divinity of Christ over time, including to the point of becoming heretical?
- What does he mean when he writes in On Prayer, Chapter X: “For when He has heard one say. “Teach you us to pray,” He does not teach men to pray to Himself but to the Father saying, “Our Father in heaven,” and so on. For if, as is shown elsewhere, the Son is other than the Father in being and essence, prayer is to be made either to the Son and not the Father or to both or to the Father alone.”
