Origin of "Great Commission"

Good question!

A few evangelical web sites noted that the Lutheran missionary Justinian von Welz (1621-1688) coined it, but Hudson Taylor (1832-1905) popularized it.

But I could not find any papers or writings attributed to either verifying this claim.
