Please, could anyone explain me more about the Original Sin with the prescriptions of OT and NT, and with the Jewish Understanding and the Christian Understanding?

Original Sin happened when the first human being, biblically known as Adam, scorned his Creator and thus broke humanity’s relationship with God. This is the basic understanding of the various Catholic doctrines which flow from the first three chapters of Genesis…

The best way to be edified would be to start with the Catechism of the Catholic Church here:

By disobedience of God, OS is the rejection of God by man as his God, with the resulting separation of man and God, sometimes referred to as the “death of the soul”. This is why we live in an effectively godless world rather than Eden, a situation we should be able to confirm every time we read the newspaper or even take an honest look inside ourselves. And this is why man must be “born again”, properly understood, so that man and God can be reconciled, again communing with each other as originally intended. Man has life and life abundantly to the extent that he’s aligned with and has relationship with his creator.

The first thing required to develop an understanding of a mystery is to acquire familiarity with the common things subject to it.

Observe young children and toddlers. The crafty little buggers are utterly mischevous.

One quickly dispences with the myth that babies are perfect little angels. And, one suddenly realises that the purpose of parenthood is to make a selfish little person a potentially graceful adult.
