Is the Greek Orthodox Old Testament Canon of Scripture the same Canon that is recognized in the West.?

While my Catholic Bible purchased at the diocesan offices, does not have Maccbees 3 &4, it does have Esdras. This is the Spanish-English La Biblia/The Bible, con deuterocanónicos/with Deuterocanonicals.

it might be a different esdras . Its an odd book because it and another one appear under three or so names.

No, it’s not. There are differences.
