Orthodox Confessions and Marriages

If the SSPX does not have valid Confessions or Marriages, except when done by the Bishops, because the Bishops can not lawfully grant faculties due to the schism then how come Orthodox Confessions and Marriages are valid? Or am I wrong in thinking that they are valid?

SSPX have valid, but illicit, sacraments.

That is not absolutely true. All of their Priests can validly offer Mass, and all of their Bishops can validly offer all of the Sacraments, but the Bishops, because of their irregular situation, can not properly grant faculties to their Priests making all Confessions and Marriages done by the Priests invalid.

What, the difference between valid and licit? Or why something is either invalid/valid or licit/illicit?

Valid means it actually happens. When a Catholic Priest says the Words of Institution at Mass the Transubstantiation occurs. When a Protestant minister says those same words at his service, they still end up passing out bread. This has to do with Apostolic Succession. Licit means that the Sacrament is being performed with lawful authority, illicit means that it isn’t lawful. The SSPX Mass is valid but illicit because they are in a state of disobedience to the Pope.
