Orthodox/Eastern/Schismatic monks?

If we are the one true Church, how come there are holy monks in the other faiths?

I may catch grief for this, but here goes.
I look at the Catholic and Orthodox Church as one True Church, both blessed with apostolic succession, currently separated because of pride/ego on both sides. I feel that this schism and the reformation are two of satan’s most satisfying tragedies.
