Just one bit of advice–

BY ALL MEANS stay away from the Indiana Orthodox list (I’m not too sure of its official name). It’s on the University of Indiana server.

It’s a snake-pit. Reputations have been ruined there. One priest monk called it “Ecclesiastical pornography.”

I don’t know of the forums, but there are some good Orthodox blogs out there.

Try googling Fr Stephen Freeman. His is one of the best Priestly blogs online, period.

also the Eirenikon blog is excellent if you’re interested in East/West discussion (although I think the blogger is taking a break for a while)

If you are an Orthodox Christian you can ask your priest to be invited onto OrthodoXCircle.com - it’s like a MySpace, but just for Orthodox Christians and Catechumens.

I haven’t spent a lot of time on “christianforums”, but I do know that they have a whole range of forums, Protestant, Catholic, and Orthodox.
