Orthodox on Roman Catholicism.......

I have a few questions:

Does the Church believe that the body and blood of Christ are in the Roman Catholic Eucharist as it is in the Orthodox Eucharist?

Does the Church believe that Roman Catholic priests have the grace of the priesthood (and thus RC priests who convert are not “re-ordained”)?

Does the Church believe that those who approach Roman Catholic priests in confession receive sacramental absolution as in the Orthodox Mystery of Confession?

Is Roman Catholicism actually considered a heresy?

The Orthodox Church is not such a kind to make statements about other churches. There is of course some diversity of opinion among Orthodox believers and clerics. This lack of uniformity is not like centralized Roman Church. This seems sometimes to irritate many Catolics.

For its value, I personally believe Catolic Mass offered b Catolic priests is like Divine Liturgy offered by Orthodox priest - offering Body and Blood of Jesus Christ.

But official statements about other religions, Orthodox church does not make.

I personally am in agreement with Volodymyr’s stand on the Eucharist offered by a priest of Rome, but cannot state that officially. I think Christ is there, I know He is offered by the Orthodox Catholic priest.

I read somewhere the following:

1. Some Orthodox believe that the Catholic baptism is invalid or at least questionable. If this were true, then I guess that they would hold that the other Sacraments are doubtful at best.
2. Some Orthodox beleive the Roman Catholic Church to be in heresy on the following issues:
   filioque
   Purgatory
   Indulgences
   the Immaculate Conception of Mary
   Papal Infallibility
   Possibly the Assumption of Mary, but this is not as clear as the others.
   Also, many Orthodox declare that it is wrong to use statues, and it is wrong to use unleavend bread. I don;t know if this is considered heresy however.
