Burn or bury it.

Firstly, confess to God your using the board, apologise and ask for His forgiveness. Put yourself in His hands, and ask Him to help you stay away from this sin. Then, get rid of the ouija board; burn or bury it like kmustwin said (I’d suggest the first option, if possible). Bless yourself and your house with holy water, and ask Jesus to come dwell in your heart and home.

Go to a priest ASAP. Take confession and ask him to bless you and your home and of course dispose of the board.

Praying that you go to confession about this sin and find strength and healing through the sacrament. Praying that you meet with a priest for spiritual direction so he can help you with this problem you are having. May you cling to Jesus and keep away from the occult forever. Amen.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us form the fires of hell, lead all souls to heaven, especially those in most need of your mercy. Amen.

Holy Michael, Archangel, defend us in the day of battle. Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do thou, Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust down to hell Satan and all wicked spirits, who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. AMen.
