Our deacon died

Our beloved parish deacon had a heart-attack and died June 6. He was middle-aged and seemed fine and was serving Mass as usual the other day. The reason why I did not post a prayer intention sooner was because I was away at school and heard of it later. Please pray for the repose of his soul, for his wife and kids, and for our parish. Our parish in less than a year had to say goodbye to two priests and our music director of many years. They didn’t die, but, the parish is just not in good shape without so many key players. Thanks in advance.

The pastures of heaven are far more majestical for the deacon to be actually ‘dead’. Have faith, he isn’t dead, he entered life.
