Please add to your prayers our Deacon Jim & his wife, Mary. Deacon Jim was diagnosed with prostate cancer last week & will undergo more testing on Wednesday to find out if it has spread to the bone. Deacon is very nervous about this; both he & Mary are quite distressed. Thanks in advance.
 
Maggie, Jim and Mary are now in my prayer intentions.

Jesus please help Deacon Jim and Mary to cope with the distress of finding Jim to have this cancer…and please give them hope and peace as Jim undergoes further testing. Please help them to get through the next few days with Your loving presence and the kindness of others. Please ensure for Jim successful treatment for his condition. Help them to grow even closer to You through this difficult time. Love, Trishie
