Holy Mary, Mother of God
I am Catholic, but at one point did not truly believe that Mary is the Mother of God. Then,
someone explained the dogma to me:
Q. To what did Mary give birth? A. To the human nature of Christ.
BUT
Q. To whom did Mary give birth? A. To the 2nd Person of the Blessed Trinity.
Communion/Confession
If you are in the state of mortal sin, can you recieve communion first and confess your
mortal sin(s) after communion in the Sacrament of Reconciliation(Confession)? No!
Why not?
1st: A CAF apologist made this clear.
2nd: When there is a penury of priests, their first temptation is to dispense with Confes- sion altogether, saying within themselves: the words of the Mass are sufficient to
heal all sins and, therefore, Confession is superfluous. Wrong! May God intercede.
