our lady of kibeho

Can anyone tell me exactly what is the status of the apparitions at Kibeho? I heard that the local bishop recognized the authenticity of the first 3 visionaries. Is this actually true, and, if so, does this mean that Kibeho is as fully approved by the Church as Fatima or Lourdes? Thanks!
