Our Lady of Mental Peace?

I was browsing through the gift shop at Saint Michael’s today, and saw a medal that I’ve not ever seen anywhere before. Has anyone ever heard of Our Lady of Mental Peace? What is the history of this devotion? I tried a Google search but didn’t turn up very much.
