Some of this singing is so heavenly… today is not the feast day of Our Lady of Czestohowa but apparently a related history. There are a multiple video feeds from different locales. This certainly appears to be a major holiday, they’ve been busy since about 8 hours ago. They are about 8 hours ahead of us.

Also, this is a live feed from the chapel displaying Her picture at Jasna Gora. This chapel certainly appears like some Orthodox Churches I have been to. To me, being a darker ambience. And to be clear, just not as bright per lighting.

The chapel at Jasna Gora is dark when the icon of Our Lady of Czestochowa is covered up. At certain times they open the covering and at that time the lights come on so people can see her. At the end of a short time they cover her back up again. (Uncovering shown at 58:55 in the video )

It’s actually pretty bright in there when the icon is uncovered, but because the walls and such are very dark and it’s a fairly small, windowless space, I imagine the camera picture still looks a bit dark because it would be hard to get enough TV lights in there.
