Our priest will not Confirm us; can you help?

I work for the Army overseas and we are currently in the process of becoming catholic. My wife had a previous marrage that ended in a divorce so we went through the annulment process and last may the annulment arrived in the mail and the previous marrage is now annuled. We have went through two education classes and now the priest will not confirm us because he says our current marrage is not vailid. (Married in a baptist church) What are we supposed to do ? I really confused and I am considering writing the Bishop. Any suggestions?

Now that you have the annulment, you are free to marry in the Catholic Church. See your priest about getting this done and then you can be confirmed! I don’t know why your priest didn’t tell you this. You are in our prayers.
