I see references in the New Testament to our salvation, in part, being a liberation from the reign of those of the angelic choirs of thrones, powers, principalities, and dominions that had defected from holiness and were now hostile to humanity and exerted control over them. Does anyone have any more information about this? It seemed important in the worldview of the apostles to bring up this aspect of our salvation, and yet we hear and know so little about it.
