The Catechism of the Catholic Church, Second Edition, ISBN: 1-57455-109-4I am looking for something that states, explicitly that the soul is not created prior to conception. I can see the catechism says the soul is created immediately and not by the parents, but one might ask what does immediately mean??. I’m, just looking for something to show the ppl I care about, who are not dumb, the truth.
normally teaches truth in the positive. Therefore, one should read the Catechism’s section on the soul, CCC 362 -366 plus all the references given in the margins, index, and glossary.
Blessings,
granny
The human person is worthy of profound respect from the moment of conception.
