Out of context claims on Return of Jesus Today

I was browsing the web yesterday, when I came upon this site
jesusback.org
This site claims Jesus Christ is on Earth with us today
They have some Biblical references but they are out of text.
Also, I proceeded to the comments section and it just got worse

There are many people there trying to disprove the bible in General. Please help, are these people right? Also please teach the people disproving our religion a lesson. I tried to argue against them but they are pretty good. There are like 100’s of there comments and I am like alone so I went looking for help
