What do I do if I experience impure feelings? Do i avoid these activities that can cause this?Applying to when this happens to me in high-energy situations like during sports or other game activities.
note: I am known to have scruples. But i ask because a confessor is not at reach right now.

If you are scrupulous, you need to see a Priest/confessor. Don’t let CAF become the place you come to in place of real, offline advice from people who know you and your situation.

Please don’t come on CAF when you can’t get access to a confessor. It’s not going to help your scruples. I don’t mean to sound harsh and I’m sorry if I come across that way. But you need to see someone offline.

Having involuntary impure feelings is not a sin. If respond to them in a sinful manner then it becomes a sin.
Why say the following prayer when you have these impure feelings, “No to mortal sin = yes to Jesus Christ.” That or something similar.
