At any rate, it’s not the same thing, what Muslims believe about the Qur’an vs. what Christians believe about Jesus (pbuh.)

If you want to keep saying that it is, you do so to your own detriment and I’m pleased to not join you. 🤷

Would you please condescend to show us the weak points of this argument at least by explaining the major differences between this creed and basic Christian tenet concerning Logos? 🤷

If you can’t explain it clearly, maybe it’s over your head as well.

If the meaning is clear to you, you should have no trouble helping the unititiated to understand.

Well, I understand the “infidel” part, and have a pretty fair understanding of the temporal consequences, in the Middle East, of being so designated.

Here, of course, if we are “infidels” the worst anyone can do to us is say we are uncomprehending.

I think it’s just that she can’t answer the question and doesn’t want to admit it.

Why should anyone feel that they have to know everything?

There are theologians who spend their entire adult lives studying, and they don’t know everything. So how can we expect if of ourselves?

There’s no shame is saying, I don’t know. There’s only shame in refusing to learn.

I have said I don’t want to engage in this discussion. I don’t want to answer. You can think that’s because I don’t know how.

I think it’s because I just don’t want to. 🙂
