Owning/displaying a vatican flag?

Very interesting. I didn’t know that. I guess it’s true - you learn something every day.

The Vatican flag is the flag of another nation. The flag of another nation should not be flown on the same pole as the American flag.

In the United States, no flag should fly above the American flag. Most nations have similar rules for their flags.
More guidelines than rules I would say. As its not enforced.
