May God or Allah bless you. I notice that English isn’t your native tongue but you make a valiant effort to explain your views, which come across clearly. Unfortunately, I get the feeling that you and your sect of Islam are not mainstream within the Muslim world. I’ve noticed the somewhat negative reaction coming from some fellow Muslims on this board toward some things that you have said. At least here you can say what you wish even though I or others may counter you if we don’t agree or seem to find that it doesn’t seem factual. How well tolerated are you for your beliefs or is your sect persecuted? What part of the Arab world do you come from if you don’t mind telling? Anyway keep up the post for we need a variety of views. We all are fighting a secular and rather pagan world out there. Ha, one of my daughters, a grown woman doctor thinks that I am a throw back to the 1940s’.

I am not paarsurrey (pretty obviously). But I can tell you that he is an Ahmadhi, I would not presume myself able to explain the Ahmadiyya movement as he is the expert. However the general concencus from other Muslims is that they are a cult, akin to Jehovahs Witnesses (in Christian terms). And at a guess I’d say he isn’t from the Middle East at all. But I won’t go on any more as I wouldn’t like to cause any accidental offence.

God Bless

I appreciate and love you all Catholics and Non-Catholic friends and brothers and sisters in humanity in this forum.

For persecution of Ahmadis, you may access:
thepersecution.org/
or different reports of Amnesty International.

I am a humble person and I have learnt from my Catholic brethren at CAF how I should submit my very modest submissions; encouraged by you I think I would continue contributing my little bit here.

Salam to your daughter.

Thanks

Thanks for your response. I don’t have time right now to investigate the link that you gave me. However, I have put it under favorites and promise to read some of the articles from the list over the next week. By the way, thanks with being brave enough to come into our lion’s den and attempt to dialogue with the most Catholic of the Catholics. Brave person ( man or woman). I don’t think that you have ever stated your gender so I can only guess that you are a man, but I don’t want to offend by addressing you as one gender if you are the other. By the way, as my name implies I am a male member of this board. May God or Allah be with you in your inquiries and I pray that he protect you, for your list makes it sound as if you are from a persecuted group. We Americans don’t take kindly to those that pick on others and generally root for the underdog. That comes out of our American Christian tradition.

**Paarsurrey,

You have two things going against you. First, you are not mainstream Muslim. Second, you are Pakistani/Indian descent. The Arab Muslims treat you guys like dirty. I don’t care how much love or peace you display to other fellow Muslims, but the reality of racism is there. Don’t expect to sleep in the same tent with the Arabs during the Hajj either. Praying in the same mosque is the only thing y’all have in common.

Anyway, thanks for the sharing your point of view with us.

Hi

Thanks for your response. I wait for you when you find some more time next weak. I am a male.

Thanks

Hi

Jesus was born in a Jewish family. when he disappeared from Galilee to far off lands, he was not from the mainstream Jews, just a few with him. So I don’t get worried because of that; in fact that is a point of strength to me.

What is your opinion on that?

Thanks

Hi

Does it really matter, one could travel and go anywhere in the world. I love you all.

Thanks
Hey there Paarsurrey,
I know it doesnt matter, but us humans are curious creatures!
I personally like to know where people are from so i can learn more about the cultures and back grounds, thats why i like to know!
May Allah bless you and continue to make you a man of peace!

Hi

Thanks for praying for me.

For persecution of Ahmadis , you may google Amnesty Intenational, please.

Thanks again

Paarsurrey, I went over and read many on the articles that you had listed in your post above. I get a fairly clear picture of your group from reading them. It seems that you and the others of your faith would fit in better if you were in the US or Europe than in predominant Muslim countries. Of course, it is a common belief among those of us Catholic folks that the blood of martyrs is the best seed for spreading the faith and gaining converts to it. Our example of selfless sacrifice and love for others in the earliest church is a primary cause for the church to spread so quickly through out the Roman empire. Though I might disagree with your religious beliefs I can relate to your plight. Again my prayers go with you and may tranquility be yours. I’m sure you know that you can gain more with honey than with vinegar and salt.
