I am in need of some urgent prayer. Could you please pray for the mother of my best friend? Her name is Ruth. She is 91 and is having pacemaker surgery on Monday. She has many other health problems, some painful, so the operation is very problematic. Thank you so much for your kindness. :gopray:

Dear God,
You generously blessed Your servant,
St. Pio of Pietrelcina,
with the gifts of the Spirit.

You marked his body with the five wounds
of Christ Crucified, as a powerful witness
to the saving Passion and Death of Your Son.

Endowed with the gift of discernment,
St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional
for the salvation of souls.

With reverence and intense devotion
in the celebration of Mass,
he invited countless men and women
to a greater union with Jesus Christ
in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.

Through the intercession of St. Pio of Pietrelcina,
I confidently beseech You to grant me
the following grace: that Ruth undergo a safe and
successful surgery and make a swift recovery

Glory be to the Father,
and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning,
is now, and ever shall be,
world without end. Amen.

Glory be to the Father,
and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning,
is now, and ever shall be,
world without end. Amen.

Glory be to the Father,
and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning,
is now, and ever shall be,
world without end. Amen.

Padre Pio, pray for her!

Ruth, I bless you with the special blessing of our Blessed Mother. May the power of the Holy Spirit come upon you and see you through your operation and recovery. Amen.

Lord, please take care of Ruth and let the surgery go smoothly without any complications. May her new pacemaker bring her years of improved health.

Lord please keep Ruth safe during her surgery, bless her with healing and a good recovery.
Please bless Ruth and her family at this time and in the future. Thank You, Lord.

Pray for us, Saint Raphael, to the Lord Our God,
That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ

Lord, Jesus Christ, by the prayer of the Archangel Raphael, grant us the grace to avoid all sin and to persevere in every good work until we reach our heavenly destination, You Who lives and reigns world without end. Amen.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

We pray for a successful surgery for Ruth and for the
medical staff who will be working with her
so that she may fully recover,
and return with renewed zeal
to the daily life that we share.

Amen

Dear St. Giuseppe Moscati, please give Ruth’s doctors the wisdom and skill to perform a successful surgery. May she then have a safe, swift recovery. We ask this through Christ Our Lord. Amen.

Dear St. Giuseppe Moscati, true model of Christian doctors, in the exercise of your medical profession, you always took care of both the body and soul of every patient. Look on us, who have recourse to your heavenly intercession, and obtain for us both physical and spiritual health, and a share in the dispensation of heavenly favors.

Soothe the pains of our suffering people; give comfort to the sick, consolation to the afflicted and hope to the despondent.

May our young people find in you an ideal, our workers an example, the aging a comfort, the dying the hope of eternal salvation.

To all of us be a pattern of industriousness, honesty and charity, so we may comply with our Christian duties and glorify God our Father.

Amen.

Praying for a successful surgery and speedy recovery for your best friend’s mother, Ruth.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Glorious Archangel Saint Raphael, great prince of the heavenly court, you are illustrious for your gifts of wisdom and grace. You are a guide of those who journey by land or sea or air, consoler of the afflicted, and refuge of sinners. I beg you, assist me in all my needs and in all the sufferings of this life, as once you helped the young Tobias on his travels. Because you are the medicine of God, I humbly pray you to heal the many infirmities of my soul and the ills that afflict my body. I especially ask of you the favour To please aid Ruth with her Pacemaker surgery and the great grace of purity to prepare me to be the temple of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Our Father. Hail Mary. Glory Be.

St. Raphael, of the glorious seven who stand before the throne of Him who lives and reigns, Angel of health, the Lord has filled your hand with balm from heaven to soothe or cure our pains. Heal or cure the victim of disease. And guide our steps when doubtful of our ways.

Great news! Ruth made it through the surgery safely and is doing well. Thanks be to God! If it is not too much trouble, please continue your prayers for her quick recovery. Thank you all. 🙂
